The entrance is through an arched groundfloor doorway which leads to a travertine stoned hall. The ground floor comprises two pretty bedrooms, both with king size beds (1 room twin on request) a bathroom with freestanding bath and a separate WC wet room.
The holiday cottage has been beautifully restored and in a modern country style to provide luxury holiday accommodation: full central heating; wi-fi; pocket sprung matresses; crisp sheets; luxury duvets; painted plaster walls; colourwashed ceiling timbers; sumptuous carpets and fabrics echo each rooms' individual and personal charm.
The bathroom has been designed with indulgence in mind. This spacious, traditional room has a free standing roll top bath with plump soft towels at the ready. The feeling of light and freshness makes it a room in which to linger. Also on the ground floor, is a separate wc and wet room shower - refined and simple to provide a reviving shower experience.
From the ground floor, a hand painted staircase leads you to the open plan, vaulted living room that takes advantage of the stunning views of the nearby Malvern Hills and farmland. The dining and living area are beautifully presented to provide a cosy, homely atmosphere in which to unwind. Comfortable sofas surround the woodburning stove (with free supply of seasoned logs). Flat screen TV, DVD player with a collection of films, CD/radio, there is also a selection of books, puzzles and board games.
The beautiful first floor kitchen is superbly equipped with gas hob, electric oven, integrated larder fridge, dishwasher, separate freezer and microwave. Simple shaker units line the walls and a lovely cushioned window seat provides a good place for coffee and views of the surrounding farmland. The washing machine is under the stairs.
Outside - A wide gravelled terrace lies outside the ground floor bedroom windows and is the perfect place to sit and relax. It is equipped with teak table, chairs, parasol and gas BBQ. The recently completed garden room is furnished with contemporary furniture and is the perfect transition between house and garden. Sit back, relax and enjoy this re-designed space and the tree-filled garden that lies beyond. The glazed walls allow the suns heat to flood in, while the extra heating makes it feel like an oasis of warmth in the late spring and autumn. Ingenious, programmed lighting is the key to enjoying the garden at night, the trees are illuminated and the garden room walls and cottage are washed by downlighters. For guests with children, shutting the gate at the bottom of the drive makes the garden fully enclosed.

The Cornmill is located on the outskirts of Bosbury, a small village four miles from the market town of Ledbury in the rural county of Herefordshire.
The Corn Mill is a converted grain store on Townend Farm, one of the last remaining hop farms in the country. Mark and Lesley are the third generation of the Andrews family to farm here.
Nearly 200 acres of land is split between the growing of hops, cider apples, arable and grass. Hop products are available at the Farm Shop or online here.
